Atlanta’s Buckhead -– "the Beverly Hills of the East" -- sparkles as a crown jewel with shopping centers like Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza just minutes from downtown. Also beckoning as shopping strongholds are Atlantic Station, Greenbriar Mall, The Mall at Peachtree Center, and Perimeter Mall, anchored by Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and Rich’s-Macy’s. Amsterdam Walk, Midtown Atlanta’s best-kept shopping secret at the corner of Monroe and Amsterdam and known for idiosyncratic business hours, features a mix of retail and services from Intaglia Home Collection, The Cook’s Warehouse, Worthmore Jewelers, and Bread Garden to The Red Light Café, Piedmont Bark Doggie Day Care and Highland Pet Supply. Outside town are Calhoun’s Prime Outlets and Dawsonville’s North Georgia Premium Outlets.
